Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for sharing your question.

Tunisia is so far not declared as a “safe country of origin”. Please see this BAMF-website for more details.

In general, if you apply for asylum coming from one of those countries, different rules in terms of your asylum procedure and residence will apply. It will be much harder to get a refugee recognition/humanitarian residence permit.
