Unfortunately, there is no general and universal answer on this. I think, BAMF and Ausländerbehörde will decide very individually from case to case. However, if it comes to essential questions as, for example, if your health conditions are allowing them or not to deport you, they might instruct a doctor to medically examine you again to validate the initial report.
