Hello everyone

I come from nepal currently living here in berlin. I got some kindof serious issue with my visa extension. And i am already given a letter to go back to my country from auslanderbehorde within next few months. But my lawyer tells me not to worry because he said he can extend my stay here. Now my question is, i dont speak good german will i be able to apply for an ausbildung?Or may be will i be able to apply for a language visa ? I just want to stay here so whatever kind of reason will be good for me. If anyone has any idea please let me know. And also if anyone knows about the place where i can apply for an ausbildung in english language or anything that can be helpful for me. Please let me know.

Hello, dear Suman,

it is very nice that you search for answers regarding your future plans in Germany. To have a good qualification is important to get a good job and have a qualitative life in this country. That's why it is good that you make thoughts about getting a profession. But before you start an apprenticeship, you have to make previous achievements.

One of the most important things is to know the German language on the level B2/C1. But there are other things you have to keep before your eyes. I think you want to get a so called Ausbildung-Duldung. From the 1.01.2020 there are new regulations for people searching refuge in Germany. I think your lawyer knows about them, but you can contact a co-worker of the mbeon.de group to get more information. On the other hand, there are other questions which has to be clarified to give you a proper answer.

That's why, please download the mbeon application from Google Play or App Store.

You can obviously apply for Ausbildung, though the trick is in getting one. I had an Ausbildung offer after passing B1. I am generally good at interviews, so they were more than happy to offer me a position. But I can see they are now not happy with my language progress.

If you are interested in IT then you may find an Ausbildung as IT-related positions require less German. However, in school, you have to speak, read and write German,
