If the  high court judge rejects an asylum appeal please what to do next and what are the chances to stay in Germany

When you are referring to the high court, it means that your asylum application was rejected, the appeal at the court was rejected also and your lawyer took the case to a higher court now? 

In general, depending on your age, skills and qualification, applying for the so-called "Ausbildungsduldung" (temporary suspension of deportation for occupational training) according to § 60a Abs. 2 S. 4 AufenthG might be an opportunity!? As a trainee you can get the Ausbildungsduldung for the duration of your training from the immigration authority granted. The issuance of Ausbildungsduldung is linked with a variety of conditions though (you may want to check this thread for more details).
