About my court hearing after 2 years of Negative

Question

2017 I got negative from bamf and I appealed from the court in Munchen. After 2 years and 5 months now the court has called me for hearings. I'm a father of 2 kids and my family have 3 years Aufenthalt zurarluarbness with 3 years Blau passport.  I have all the necessary paper works of my kids, Vaterschaft und Soggerrechts of both kids..we all live together and my son is 5 years while my daughter is 3 years and all  born here in Germany. I'm working and I'm using 6 months Augenthaltgestatung. I already gave Auslanderbehorde my Passport since last year September.  I have applied before for a resident permit through my kids but Landrasamt said my Asylum/Appeal is still running.   So now that I have court hearing will I be granted a resident permit? Will the court give me a good hearing? What are my chances? I have A1 ceritificate,  I have work before for 15 months and I started working again since 12 months. Please explained my chances

Thanks for sharing your situation with the Wefugee Community and sorry for the late reply! Since I am not familiar with all the details of your case and I am also not a lawyer, it is a bit difficult to predict any outcomes. I would like to recommend you to speak to a legal counsellor if you are worried and you want more support. If you have problems with finding one, please let us know! However, as your family has a residence permit in Germany and you are also working, your chances are not low to get a residence permit, even if your case gets rejected by the court.
