can i marry german natonal in greek having greek resident permit

Hello, I am asylum seeker in greece and my asylum case is under process. can  i marry a german national here in Greece. she is living here from last 18 years she have Greek resident. but we want to marry on her German documents. why because marrying on Greek documents complicated process. and if we marry on her Greek resident permit and we want to adopt child after marriage. what are the possibilities.

I am not sure, if I fully understood your situation. What do you mean with "marrying on German documents"? It will be difficult to marry in Germany as long as you are in the asylum process. The authorities will most probably will not give you the permission to leave the country or to travel.
