Dear Hafiz,

Nice to hear from you again!

If you are a holder of the "Aufenthaltsgestattung", this means that the decision on your asylum application is still pending. You can not get deported during your asylum procedure. If you have received a negative answer on your asylum application, the authorities ask  you to leave the country within 30 days (or within 1 week if you are from a so-called "safe country of origin"). If you are not leaving the country, the authorities will check if there are any reasons why you might not be able to be deported (i.e. health issues or missing documents). Otherwise, they will set an appointment for the deportation without letting you know the date.

I hope this helps and please get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike
