Dear @Zinbaba,
Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for reaching out to us today!
I've just had a **** and found this asylum information website that explains the situation:
Individuals recognised as refugees or beneficiaries of international protection are granted with a 3-year residence permit, which can be renewed, after a decision of the Head of the Regional Asylum Office.1 In practice, residence permits are usually delivered 1-2 months after the notification of the positive decision. Until then, applicants hold the asylum seeker card, stamped with the mention “Pending Residence Permit”.

Have you received any kind of ID-card, for example the one described here stating your residence permit is pending?
On the website I linked, they also mention the "Greek Refugee Council" that you can reach out to for support.
I hope this helps. Of course you can talk to your lawyer and listen to his advice on what you can do, because it apparently has taken a lot longer than described in the above quote! Maybe there are options to make the process go faster, I'm not familiar with Greek asylum procedures.
Feel free to reach out to us again if you need any further assistance!
All the best,
Isa
