I need a Uk transit visa with blue passport or not ?

Hallo guten Tag, i have a German Blue passport, and Aufenthalt for 3 years ,  actually I am going to celebrate my new year in Barcelona spain , in My return flight from Barcelona to Frankfurt i habe 14 hours stay in London , so should I take a transit visa from embassy or not ,  as I read from ***.gov.uk that it’s depends on immigration officers that he may allow you to enter in London to visit some hours ..,  as I have my own business in Germany, so what do u recommend..? Should I bring my bussiness documents with me or something else ...??

Dear @Shah Umair Hussain, thank you for your question here in the community. I would suggest if you have the time to ask for the transit Visa in order to getno problems at the airport( but this only important if you need to go to London). If its a plus for your trip, then I would suggest to take all the documents with you and try it at the airport. If it works out then great if not then you can have a good time at the airport( they have nice shops and cafes).
