- the best would be to wait for his process to finish, as you both are not married the immigration through spouses does not effect your case yet.
When the case is positive decided upon, then it would the best if your boyfriendd finds a job in the UK and applies for Visa to the UK.
And with the proof that you both are a couple it might be more likely to be successful.
