Hello there!

I am British citizen and my boyfriend lives in France, he is an asylum at the moment and his case is on process we are together for 6 month and regularly seeing each other’s every month. We are gay and want him to come in uk so what is the best option for us to bring in UK??

We will be great full if you show us the right way

Dear @Adam-uk, Welcome in the community and thank you for sharng your situation with us. As for your question: - the best would be to wait for his process to finish, as you both are not married the immigration through spouses does not effect your case yet. When the case is positive decided upon, then it would the best if your boyfriendd finds a job in the UK and applies for Visa to the UK. And with the proof that you both are a couple it might be more likely to be successful. However, as this is case is quite complex with the UK it would good to get a immigration lawyers assistance in the UK. Best regards, Nilab
