Does my appeal affect my current Status(Deportation ban)?

Question

i have ban of deportaton one year resident permit base on my sickness pstd  can i get it why my appeal still goes on ?and will i loose my resident true appealing?

Will they take back your status?what we make them take back your status if the problem in your country is over or if your pstd sickness is ok will y take it back

Dear@Ali112, thank you. They do not take back your status but they will review each time you extend it if the situation has chnaged, but even if your situation has changed and you have integraed well in Germany then they do not send you back. Best regards, Nilab
