Hi again!

I've been seeing this term lately: "Härtfallkommission". What does it do and will it be really helpful as a last resort?

Dear @someoneingermany, thank you for your question. Please find the entire information on the Härtfallkommission under the following link: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%A4rtefallkommission In general if the commission decides to review your case during the time of reviewing there will be no deprtation and you will get a hearing in front of the commission. After that if they decide in your favour all legal decision will be replaced by the commissions decision. It can be helpful if all the legal ways do not work out. But in order to know in each specific case if it might be successful you will have to make an apointment with them in your city. I hope this helps you, if you need further assistance please let the community know. Best regards, Nilab
