AS for your question, in general if you life is in danmger and you could proof that you will be not deported. Further if you dont have travel documents the authorities cant deport you either, however if you are from countries Germany has bilateral agreements of deportation without travel documents then they is the risk.
If you fear to be in danger of deportation please take a lawyer, if not done so yet.
