What to do when getting back to Germany( Dublin Regulation)?

Im not in germany. im under custody of hungary police. court decided that they will be sent me back to germany as DUBLIN REGULATION. maximmam in 2 month. because my driving license, car documents, fingerptints and ausweis (DULDUNG) from germany. and i want go back to germany as soon as possible. but im worry thet when i go back to germany then there german police not deport me to my home country. because i have my ID card (valid) and passport (Expeired 3.2016). therefore i want now arrange a lawyer or any NGO, before happning this satuation.

They wont send you back, your case has to be decided upon first.
