I have been waiting for a Poland residence permit for over 6 months, now I wish to visit Estonia and need to apply for a Schengen visa. This schengen visa I will apply from another country after leaving europe. The closest Estonia embassy is Turkey. I wish to know if Estonia embassy is going to refuse my short stay visa because I applied for a resident permit in Poland and technically over stayed my previous schengen visa?
