An asylum applicant in AFA center finished his interview with BAMF and transfer office put him on a list to move to another camp in same state, he has special case and refused the transfer and asked to go somewhere else, is there any legal consequences or would there be any impact on his asylum application, please answer asap. Thanks in advance.

Dear @MoHa, thank you for your question. The person in question needs to follow the option of the authorities. However, if he has special medical needs, with medical proof he can ask for another option, more suitable. But in general at this stgae its better to follow the allocated option. Best regards, Nilab
