I have blue pass (three years) do I need Ukrainian visa to visit Ukraine?

Good day and happy Sunday Navid6284, my opinion to your question is yes , you need visa to visit Ukraine because it's not in the schengen area, although Ukraine is in Europe but it's not in the Schengen agreement area so I think you need visa . Thanks and I hope I have answered your question.
