I am looking for a website which i can see Deutsch movies and i can add subtitles (Arabic or English) for it.

So i can use to listen to Deutsch language which it is very important to learn Deutsch.

Here is one Film "fack ju Goethe" in german with german subtitles.

Streamcloud is a well-known hoster for illegal film sharing. As far as I know this film is not free at all, you might run into copyright trouble with Constantin Film Verleih!
