For the beginning we suggest to use google forms instead of our forms. Because to use our forms you have two possible workflows:
1. You can receive the registrations via mail, what we hardly not suggest, because it's a mess (we did that in the early days) :)
2. You do it like we do and use a ticket system. For example OSticket (****://osticket.***), this is what we use. This is a very comfortable way to get the registrations, but it's not easy to start with. You need someone in your team, who is able to install the system on your server, set it up correctly and get it connected with our forms. This is useful when you have the first 500 registrations – before that point it creates more workload than it saves :)
