how can I use wefugee as an app?

Is there a possibility to save wefugee as an app on my phone?

Hi, a friend of mine wasn't able to open the picture first. So I'll write down what to do in case you've got the same problem.

1. Open this website Wefugee.org on the browser of your smartphone. Click on the "Share" button down in the middle.

2. Select the "Add to Home Screen" button (in german for iOS: "Zum Home-Bildschirm", for Android "Zum Startbildschirm hinzufügen" oder "Shortcut hinzufügen")

3. Write the name you would like to give to the "application" on the first line, for example "Wefugee.org"

4. The "application" will appear now on your home screen.

Et voila, Wefugee as "App" :-)

If you want to access Wefugee.org directly from the home screen of your smartphone, without having to type the website on the Internet and in order to have faster access to the Community, you can add the website as an icon to your home screen. To do so, please follow the steps described on the attached picture.

Some of you might have already noticed that we recently released our Wefugees app for Android! You can download it for free on the Google Play Store following this link:

If you have an apple smartphone then you can download the app in a couple of weeks.
