Ausbildung and court date

Good day, I really do appreciate your answers on this platform. Please I have a question, I started my training already in nursing and also get my identity cleared with the ausländebehöder, because am doing a 1 year nursing assistant training but recently I received a letter from my lawyer stating I have a court date to see the judge. But why? I tot they denied me already and asked me to leave Germany. Why asli8me to come to court again after I have already start my training. I am worried, but my lawyer said no problem we have to go. Likewise my family case is still in court no decision yet. What are my chances will they stop my training or issue me a document or something. Please I need answers urgently

First of all, it is good to hear that you started the training - well done! This is an important step forward!

However, from the information you are giving above, it is hardly possible for us to understand the purpose of the court appointment. 

As you already hired a lawyer, it will be the best to address your concerns and questions to him/her. If you cleared your identity, it is rather unlikely that the immigration office will revoke your work permit. We discussed this topic on this platform here before. 

Again, I highly encourage you to contact your lawyer - advising you is his/her job!
