Hello,
My asylum in Germany was rejected 4 years ago due to Dublin 111, but i was not deported back to the country when i first entered EU. And i was issued Duberlug since then. 7months ago I got yellow latter that i should leave the country within 7 days which I did. My question now is, is it possible to seek for another asylum here in Germany or in another EU state and that of the first country I first entered? If yes, how long should I wait before applying for asylum again.
But my fiance still in Germany though she hasn't gotten her stay yet.
