Something about you:	1 company stated we would want to hire a contractor for the wooden repairs. The other stated they would exchange the wooden if it was needed however he seemed to be more inclined to not replace what we thought was really damaged wooden. Springs was greater than keen to do whatever was needed to replace the wooden as appropriate. They did warn us upfront that when they began eradicating some items the damage below might be worse and cost extra to resolve. The job was done within the matter of 2-3 days. That included prime, paint, electrical set up, and drywall and texture in some areas. I was even provided photographs of my residence after they lined every little thing and likewise once the painting was accomplished. I was out of town (I travel for work) when the work was done. inside,and out of doors of their house.Also,they refinished the kitchen cabinets in the house.
