Something about you: I have a question to ask; I am living in Belgium currently, in 2020 I got married to a third-country wife who holds subsidiary protection in Germany, our legal marriage took place in Germany. We applied for a family reunification visa and got a rejection. My Visa to live in Belgium is ending soon and due to some security issues, I can not return to my country of origin( Uganda). I am thinking to apply for asylum in Germany where my wife in living currently. My question is if my asylum will be considered as a Dublin case? or if it can be rejected due to the reason that I have lived in another EU Country for 2 years. And also anyone who knows a lawyer who can help me with this case in German, Braunschweig, or wolfenbuttel can link me with him/her. Thank you so much
