Something about you:	I am from Myanmar where experiencing civil war at almost all states. This civil war have been happening because the military junta use his so called national army to arrest elected government. I participated the peaceful protest against dictatorship military government. I still participated when the military used the live bullets. Most of youngsters took armed and some government staffs perform civil disobedience movement. Due to my medical reasons, I can't be a fighter. So, I continued working at international company and I donated or funded the CDM staffs for their lives goes on. Also I financially supported to revolutionary army. Then the dictator government arrested one of brothers who personally and digitally transferred budget to people defense force. Then, I immediately quit my job and left. I spent total 7months by traveling to 5 countries using normal visit Visa. The country economy was the worst in the past 30 years and suffered from cash shortage due to the dictator general announced that government staffs will be paid by digital money with no warranty. So, I used that chance and use significant amount of money to bribe the immigration officers to pass through airport. Short to the point, I got German student visa with blocked account which is my last saving. So, should I apply resident permit and access blocked money while studying master degree? Or Should I apply political asylum first and then solve the blocked amount issues later? I knew that asylum seeker have right to study in Germany. But I am not sure what will happen my money. Please advise me.
