Something about you:
Hello, I have been in Germany for a year now but haven’t sought assylum. Instead through my lawyer i applied for residence based on the fact that my mother is German and also on grounds if my queer sexuality. This demand was rejected because i am an adult child. Now I have the option of applying for assylum but my fear is being sent back to my first European country which is Estonia. Is it possible that I am allowed to stay in Germany ? The dublin law is very tricky on this. Thank you.
