Hi i am a refugee in The Netherlands still waiting for a decision. I have been waiting for over a year now, but my Dutch girlfriend is now married and she is going to deliver soon.
I wanted to find what are the possibilities if she gives birth ?
1. Will I be able to become the legal father of our child ?
2. Will I get a residence permit ?
3. Are we allowed to get married legally considering that I am still a refugee in waiting and the IND have my passport?
