Dear respected Sir /madam, I want to know about my visa case so I'm living in hamburg Germany and I'm on asylum status and my asylum was rejected but I have applied an appeal so my appeal is still in process, I got marriage approximately 7 months ago with German woman in Germany and I'm afraid that Auslanderbehorde will be send to back because they said to me that I have to cancel first asylum application then I'll be eligible to apply marriage visa, I want to know that will I get visa in Germany or from my home country Pakistan and what can I do in this case?
