Please I need help I am a single mom of one living in Germany with Duldung and I’m getting married to a German man ,we applied and gave them all the requirements they asked for since November last year and till now we haven’t gotten any information about it,I have tried to contact the Standesamt but he’s always angry that I call to ask how the process is going,and they already went to my family house back home to verify where I’m from but still I don’t know why I haven’t gotten any reply yet,now the auslenderbehorder no that I want to get married and they sent for me and my fiancé and they asked a lot of questions for two hours in seperate rooms,and they told me that I have to go back to Nigeria my home country to go and seek for visa after my marriage,that I have to clear my identity since I came in to Germany as illegal,so I said ok no problem I will follow there instructions,so after two weeks they sent a letter stop my auswies,and said that I have to agree that I will go on my own after the wedding so I agreed,my lawyer said that if k don’t do it that I will be deported so I agreed that after the marriage approval I will go back and clear my identity and come back to Germany,yesterday I got a letter from my lawyer saying that they refused that I have to bring my son Nigeria passport for them to truly believe that I will go back to my country mind you they also have my passport and still we don’t have a valid auswies since three months and it’s very risky to give them both passport because I don’t know what’s there plan is and it’s also more riskier according to my lawyer if I don’t give them and they gave a time limit of three days to give them my son passport and now am speechless and don’t know what to do please someone should help me on what to do and how long does it also takes to return back to Nigeria and seek for visa back to Germany and if they will accept my visa please I really need help it’s really depressing and I’m having sleepless night here is my email please Ifeanyichukwugloria46@gmail.com
