Negative decision from the court

I received negative decision from the court about my second asylum application. And would like the understand what "Residence Act and is limited to 30 months from the day of deportation."are they trying to mean by 30months

It would be helpful to have the quotation of the whole sentence you are referring to. I assume it is mentioning the re-entry ban which will be issued after a deportation. You may also check Handbook Germany’s information on this (under “what are the consequences…”).
