Hi @LaithShahin
Here we cannot unfortunately give you any definite answer as to whether an asylum case you make in Germany would be accepted. I can only provide you with general information.
Each asylum claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The important factors that are to be taken into consideration are on what grounds the person feels they are persecuted, whether the person can provide sufficient evidence of this, and whether the home country of the person is able to provide adequate protection against this persecution. If persecution on an individual level cannot be proven, then the authorities examine whether a person may be entitled to another type of refugee status, e.g. if their home country is in a general state of conflict.
This page gives a good overview to the asylum process and possible outcomes:

The decision-making authorities partly use what is called ‘country of origin information’ (COI) to assist them in deciding whether to grant asylum or not. These are reports from governmental and non-governmental organisations on the situation in different countries. You can search on this database for such information on your home country in order to help you understand how the conditions there for LGBT people, for example, are reported upon:

Another good resource is this website, which provides information in English and other languages specifically on asylum for LGBT individuals:
