Geldstraffe bezahlen

Question

Will it be a problem if someone paid the Geldstrafe of the accused person, because that accused person doesnt have Bank konto? And that Geldstrafe kann only be paid through Überweisung.

I don't think it is a problem, as long as the reference in the bank transfer is clear (like "Aktenzeichen", "Vorgangsnummer" or something similar). May I ask why the person doesn't have any bank account?

Thanks for the Answer a friend of mine was here only for a vacation as he is a non EU visitor and Überweisung can be paid with an EU bank account right which, he doesnt have thats why
