Now me and my husband start intergration course, please kindly let me know, my Duldung is unclear identified but I told them everything the true all, and I use to come to visit Germany since 2019, I have bachelors degree from my country due I have problems with my stepmother and I have photo and letter, but I don’t know how to pass asylum, because I see many asylum are reject, my case is real if bamf reject , do you know any organisation that help appeal to bamf or only lawyer ? I’m afraid they reject , my kids and my family really need protection.

If they allow to work we can work , but they not allow , so we still worry so much

Dear @Jassica,

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.

Do I understand you correctly that you are currently holding a so-called "Duldung light" according to section 60b of the German Residence Act (for a person whose identity is not verified)? As my colleague Éanna explained in one of your earlier opened threads here, people who hold a Duldung according to section 60b are, unfortunately, not allowed to work. Please see Handbook Germany for more details on this type of Duldung (published in various languages).

Did you talk to your lawyer about this and that you want to work? Maybe he/she can advise you how you will be able to verify your identity. You can also contact a local refugee/migration counselling office to discuss your case individually (they don't appeal in court though - only lawyers can do this). With this search engine you may find a counselling office close-by.

For an "Ausbildungsduldung" (according to section 60c) you will have to clarify your identity as well. A similar question (as you raised above) about the family members of a person with "Ausbildungsduldung", I tried to answer here before.

I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike
