Dear @golod28,
Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
Did you and your partner live together in Ukraine? Especially if this is the case (from what I understand), your partner should be able to apply for a residence permit here as well:
1. Third-country nationals without Ukrainian nationality but with specific proven family ties to Ukrainian nationals - spouses, civil partners, underage children or other close relatives - or who lived in Ukraine as a recognised refugee are treated as Ukrainian nationals (Source).
Unfortunately, I can not share any experiences about similar cases and I hope that my colleagues or other community members can add here.
I think for the time being the perspectives/chances for Russians in the German asylum system are still a bit unclear. It may be a even more difficult for women who "can" not put forward the argument of being at risk of having to fight in an international law violating conflict.
If I may ask, where and when are you planning to get married?
I also would like to recommend to get individual support in a migration counselling office - let us know if you need help finding one in your area.
In any case, please also don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best,
Meike
