How can I get the so-called "Zusatzblatt"?

Hello! I am from Ukraine and got an Aufenthaltserlaubnis in my passport and a nomber in it of an Zusatzblatt, but I don't have a separate Zusatzblatt document. Do I need it and how and where could I get it, as I have a contract with German organization. thank you!

welcome to Wefugees and thanks for your question.

I did some research for you and if I understood correctly, you should have received a supplementary sheet (Zusatzblatt) with your electronic residence permit. There are two types of it: In paper form and in certain cases, the ancillary provisions are stuck into your travel document with a label. All information (ancillary provisions and other requirements for the residence title) is also stored on the chip of the electronic residence title.

Is there perhaps an additional sticker in your travel document? If not, I would recommend you to contact your local immigration office (Ausländerbehörde) to have a new Zusatzblatt issued.
