Whether an asylum application would have a chance to get accepted or not, is hardly possible to estimate or tell in general (especially without knowing your case in detail). You may want to discuss your situation in a refugee and migration counselling office - there are many offices all over Germany, offering free of charge and confidential services. However, if you manage to graduate from a German University, you also have good perspectives to **** for work here and to obtain a residence permit for work. Please see the "Make it in Germany" website, for instance, where they state:
After successfully obtaining your degree, you can extend your stay in Germany by applying for a residence permit for jobseekers in accordance with Section 20 (3) no. 1 AufenthG (German Residence Act). The residence permit is issued for up to 18 months as a means to find qualified employment in Germany. You are allowed to perform any job while searching for qualified employment. As soon as you have received a job offer, you can apply to have your residence permit for study purposes converted into a work permit for qualified professionals or into an EU Blue Card.
