First of all, congratulations to your job offer and all the best for the final months of your Ausbildung! You are doing really well!
As far as I know, the immigration office will issue the residence permit according to section 19d of the German Residence Act irrespective of a potential limitation of the work contract. Please be aware, however, that the residence permit may be revoked in case your employment ends for reasons you are personally responsible for.
