Hello Wefugees,
Please I would like to know the functions of the preliminary committee at Härtefallkommission in Niedersachsen and how long do their background check last for.
I'm asking this question because since I was told that my entry has been received and they will check if no non- acceptance condition apply to me, then I will receive another letter from them in few weeks.
But since then it has been 3 months I haven't heard from them.
So it will be very nice if someone can explain this process to me.
