Among the other requirements for the citizenship, you and your partner must be able to pay for your livelihood by yourself. If one of you work and can pay for your livelihood including the rent of the flat, in which you both live, and do not receive help (SGB ll) from Jobcenter or help from the Office of Social Affairs, that should be enough for both of you and you are eligible for the citizenship.
In addition, you must have lived in Germany a minimum of 3 years and have been married for 2 years. There are also some other requirements such as enough knowledge of German language, which means B1 level, and so on.
