Dear @Hafiz123,
Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
As you are in a very difficult situation, I find it quite problematic to give you a general advice on your next steps or to forecast any legal consequences.
I would highly recommend to seek some personal legal consulting in a migration counselling office or to hire a lawyer. If you go to an office of an independent NGO (as Caritas, Diakonie, AWO etc.), their services will be confidential and free of charge. So no need to worry for you to openly explain any details.
As the "Duldung" (temporary suspension of deportation) is expired, authorities can deport you at any time. Would you agree or can you add anything @manrhei-mbeon or @mbeon-caritas?
In any case, don't hesitate to get back to us with any further question or if you need support in finding a counselling office in your area.
All the best,
Meike
