Dear @Hafiz123

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

As you are in a very difficult situation, I find it quite problematic to give you a general advice on your next steps or to forecast any legal consequences.

I would highly recommend to seek some personal legal consulting in a migration counselling office or to hire a lawyer. If you go to an office of an independent NGO (as Caritas, Diakonie, AWO etc.), their services will be confidential and free of charge. So no need to worry for you to openly explain any details.

As the "Duldung" (temporary suspension of deportation) is expired, authorities can deport you at any time. Would you agree or can you add anything @manrhei-mbeon or @mbeon-caritas

In any case, don't hesitate to get back to us with any further question or if you need support in finding a counselling office in your area.

All the best,

Meike

Hello @Hafiz123, thank you for your question.

Since Mike tagged me in her comment on your question, I have also read it. I can only support her answer.

I'm a consultant with mbeon. Mbeon is an online advice for migrants via the mbeon app, which you can install on your smartphone for free. Download it from App Store or Google Play Store. Further information: www.mbeon.de.

Please consult a Migration counseling in the near of your place or a lawyer.

Best regards,

Dear hafiz 123,

I can only recommend visiting a counseling center and / or a lawyer specializing in refugee law..
