Is it possible to seek Asylum at the Brussels National Airport while on Transit?

I am holding a Visa for India. I wish to transit through Brussels. I have a layover of 5 hours in Belgium. Can i seek Asylum at the airport??  I am a soldier and being wanted in my country for not conspiring with the government to kill innocent citizens.
