Dear @Ali112,
Thank you for sharing your situation with the Wefugee community!
I assume that you received a deportation ban for reasons of health according to "§60 Abs. 7 AufenthG"? In the procedure of every potential extension of the related residence permit, the BAMF will examine, whether the initial reasons for issuing that status are still prevalent. Therefore, the Ausländerbehörde probably asked you to see the doctors in the "Gesundheitsamt".
In case the BAMF cancels the deportation ban (for example when your health or the medical standards in your country of origin improved considerably), it will also give you the opportunity to take a stand. I would highly recommend you to consult a lawyer once this happened.
In order to escape the loop of regular extensions and avoiding the danger of non-extension, I would also recommend you to aim for fulfilling the conditions for a Niederlassungserlaubnis (settlement permit) as soon as possible.
I hope this helps and please get back to us with any further question!
All the best,
Meike
