Hello, my name is joe living in Germany in asylum and I have a child with a polish woman and she also lives here in Germany so is it possible to have my permit?I really need the answer fast can same one please help me with this question...thanks

Hello Joe@ thank you for sharing your problem with us. Was your kind born in Germany or in Poland? If he/she was born in Germany then it's possible for you to get resident permit through the child if only you did the vaterschaft with your girlfriend. Because she's European citizen then it's right for you to get resident permit through the child if only the child was born in Germany. I hope I have answer your question.
