How to marry as a Germany citizen an Indian refugee??

Question

I am Germany Citizen and want to marry a Indian refugee who lived here in Germany ? He do have only few month valid passport, when he enter here he had given a wrong surname . He was scared at that time n he just gave that name. Is there any option to recorrect name n getting marry here in Germany?? I am very much thankful for ur advice
