Hallo, i am from india ,i live with my family since 2015 as asylum seekers in germany  .my asylum process was negetive but i was apeal against it in court , now next month we will interview in court . Right now i am studying in 3 Sem in Fachhochschule for bechlor degree and my wife have ausbildung as a Fachkraft Altenpflegerin . I have two doughters , one doughter born in 2016 in germany . So please give me suggestion ,what we do , what will happend in court and what will they ask us and how many chance we have for positive result in asylum case ?

Dear @parekh2111, thank you for being a part of our community. AS for your question: 1. please make sure you bring all the papers with you that show how well you and your family is integrated in Germany 2. If your wife works, get a recommendation letter from her employer 3. its best to attend the interview with a lawyer 4. They will ask you why you cannot go back back and usually siilar question like in the BAMF asylum interview, they have the entire folder from the BAMF with them, so please make sure you stay calm and do not contradict the interview you gave at the BAMF. 5. know your case and stay calm!!!!
