Thanks to anyone who answers beforehand. I'm a Venezuelan asylum seeker in Netherlands, I haven't even gotten my first interview date but every day I'm growing more pesimistic and scared because I've come to a conclusion that this whole system is broken. I know I shouldn't be denied asylum but I also know it's a possibility. Long story short, I want to make a plan in case I can't stay here because returning to my home country is not an option, I will be harrassed and possibly killed when I arrive criminal groups, I was thinking, what would happen if after being said no, I appealed two times and get a deportation notice, could I run off to another EU country and apply? I know in theory I can't because of the Dublin act, but I have seen first hand cases in which for example someone has applied in Germany and they come to Netherlands, they get sent back the first time but they come again and then they are left alone and allowed to apply here.. would it be possible for me if I appealed twice? My fear would be returning whichever country and being jailed or deported right away in Netherlands, I cannot take the risk, I cannot go back. I feel trapped. Can anyone help me? Unhcr? Any other NGO? Thank you again in advance.
