How to avoid that a company gives you a job, but due to that they take commission?

Hello Riz,

in general companies do not ask for commission in order to give you a job, just if you go through a headhunter company to get this job. Further in order to overcome the situation you are facing you could some research what the average salary would be with the degree and the work experience you could in the field in question.

If your degree is not recognized and it might effect the starting salary as well as the work experience you have gained- depending in what kind of company, in which region in the world etc.

It's a Crime to take commissions everymonth from your Salary. It's not allowed in Germany but may be they take their charges like 200 euros first time. But if you say everymonth it's illegal and it's a crime
