Hi,

I haven't found serious free offline material for self studying so far, but I keep on searching.
In the meantime two online ressources can help you on:

An Online Grammar: https://deutsch.lingolia.com/en/
Grammar and more: http://www.deutschseite.de/

Hello Moustafa,

I have found a German grammar in English at last.
Please let me know your personal e-mail adress for it's a private exemplar, I will share this one only to respect copyright. I do own no other copy.
The book is in epub-format, so you need an ebook-reader software to use it.
