Dear @Collins1506,

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, we can not estimate any chances to win a case in court - this highly depends on your individual story and reasons you applied for asylum for. You should discuss your potential perspectives and the best options with a lawyer or at least an experienced counselling office.

In general, the recognition rate is not very high for people from Nigeria (according to this article i.e. it is around 12%; and it doesn't say anything about the court chances). But again, every case needs to be assessed individually.

Please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions and all the best,

Meike
